She started designing professionally while studying at the famous San Francisco Academy of Art University where she graduated with honors and recognitions in 2003. Natasha has an excellent eye for clean conceptual designs that take companies to a whole new level. Natasha holds degrees in Graphic Design and Architecture, and her extensive set of skills allows her to shine in many areas of expertise, including art direction, identity design, information architecture, photography, illustration, and digital art to name a few.

Alex brings a deep understanding of science and technology into the creative mix which gives RB a unique edge. A native Californian, Alex started building websites when he was an undergrad in the mid nineties. After getting his physics degree from East Carolina University, he studied electrical and computer engineering at UC Davis which landed him a job at one of the world's largest telecom companies. After being a Senior MEMS Engineer for six years Alex went on to run his own design agency, where he is an expert in marketing, a brilliant technical guru, and stay-on-top-of-all-latest-tecnologies network guy.
